Job Summary:
  • Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 6 years of experience (only) to join its Atlanta office. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation matters, including construction, banking, mortgage lending, and creditors' rights.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage cases independently with some oversight, and a client-focused approach. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized litigation practice.
Qualifications:
  • 2 6 years of litigation experience.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Experience managing case work and client communications.
  • Licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for admission by waiver.
  • Fully onsite position.
Skills and Certifications :
  • 2 6 years of experience (only).
  • Defense litigation experience preferably in construction, banking, or creditors' rights.
  • Licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for admission by waiver.
