Associate IT User Support

Provide Tier I IT support to end users at the Solon R&D site, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, phone, printer, and video conferencing issues. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, and workstation issues.

Duration- 06 Month+ Contract
Work Location: Solon, OH
Work Schedule: FT / M-F 8am - 4 pm

Pay Rate:$23.50/Hour on W2

Position Summary
Provide Tier I IT support to end users at the Solon R&D site, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, phone, printer, and video conferencing issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, Teams, and in person.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, Active Directory, and workstation issues.
• Set up computers and equipment for new employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Support Teams and mobile phone systems.
• Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory records.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution.
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed.
• Assist with IT projects and maintain compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Technology/Business or relevant IT certification.
• 1+ year of hands-on IT/IS experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, Office, Teams, and Adobe Connect.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing hardware/software inventory.
