Description



The Associate, Investment, Partnerships plays a key role in activating and operationalizing the agency’s partnership strategy. This role supports the Group Director, Strategic Partnerships and collaborates closely with cross-departmental teams including media investment, planning & strategy, account leads and marketing to manage day-to-day partner relationships, facilitate new partner exploration and onboarding, coordinate co-marketing initiatives, and ensure internal visibility and organization of partnership activities. This person is highly organized, proactive, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.


Key Responsibilities:



+ Support the execution of partnership strategy across internal teams, working closely with account, planning, investment and marketing


+ Manage and grow Tier 2 and Tier 3+ partner relationships through regular communications, touchpoints, and joint initiatives


+ Track pacing and status of all partner endeavors, including JBP (Joint Business Planning) updates and co-marketing deliverables


+ Coordinate and produce internal and external partnership programming such as Platform Media Days, Lunch & Learns, QBRs, and internal knowledge shares


+ Plan and support co-marketing efforts with partners (e.g., newsletter features, blogs, case studies, spotlight content)


+ Collaborate on referral initiatives including AE cadences, presentation support, and campaign coordination


+ Manage and contribute to internal partnership materials including the Internal Partner Newsletter, Alpha/Beta Testing Directory, and Partner Tier Chart


+ Conduct proactive outreach and support exploratory conversations with new and emerging adtech and platform partners


+ Support new business efforts by updating partner materials, conducting vendor research, and coordinating outreach


+ Create and maintain regular cadences with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., biweekly/monthly check-ins)


+ Help oversee new partner onboarding in collaboration with procurement and compliance


+ Assist in reporting co-marketing performance in collaboration with the Marketing team


+ Provide oversight and task management support for Partnerships Coordinator


+ Complete ad hoc projects as assigned



Education:


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field





Experience:


2–4 years of relevant experience in partnerships, media, marketing operations, or agency experience preferred


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Comfortable building and maintaining partner relationships across various executive levels

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize and present complex information clearly

• Experience working cross-functionally with investment, strategy, marketing teams, and external partners

• Familiarity with digital media platforms, the adtech ecosystem, and partner lifecycle management

• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Comfortable building presentations and producing internal documentation to support knowledge sharing and strategy alignment


Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $52,640-$60,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
