Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking two MRO Inventory Associates for an aerospace manufacturing facility which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in storeroom operations, inventory control, and material handling looking to further their career in aerospace and advanced manufacturing.
Receive, inspect, stock, and issue MRO materials including spare parts, consumables, tools, and safety supplies
Kit parts to work orders by pulling, packaging, labeling, and transacting parts in ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo)
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and monitor min/max levels to replenish stock
Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with procurement to source MRO items and support maintenance requests
Maintain a 5S storeroom, track shelf-life items, hazardous materials, and calibrated tools, and disposition surplus stock
Essential Qualifications
1+ years of warehouse, storeroom, inventory control, or MRO material handling experience; ERP/CMMS exposure preferred
Current forklift certification and hazmat receiving training
High school diploma or GED
