As an Associate Inside Sales Executive, you will support Oracle Health''s Central sales organization by identifying, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities within existing enterprise and prospect accounts. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you will engage directly with customers, execute territory-based sales campaigns, and contribute to pipeline development by converting qualified leads into active sales opportunities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.33 to $30.24 per hour; from: $40,200 to $62,900 per annum. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 75/25.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

- Execute targeted prospecting activities through customer outreach, account-based campaigns, referrals, marketing-generated leads, and other business development initiatives.
- Review, qualify, and validate inbound and outbound sales leads, converting qualified leads into active sales opportunities.
- Partner with Regional Vice Presidents, field sales representatives, and cross-functional teams to advance qualified opportunities through the sales process.
- Participate in sales campaigns, customer events, industry conferences, and other business development initiatives as appropriate.
Objective Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 1-2+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment such as sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
