We are seeking an experienced Associate HR Director to serve as the operational backbone of a high-performing Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this individual will oversee day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with executive leadership on employee relations, compensation, talent management, succession planning, and organizational initiatives.

Description
- Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CHRO on strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Manage and develop a small HR team, including direct oversight of 2-3 team members.
- Handle complex employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and senior leaders.
- Support compensation planning, salary banding, annual review cycles, and compensation-related analysis.
- Participate in talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development discussions.
- Lead company-wide process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline HR operations.
- Manage internal communications and change management efforts across the business.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and ensure accuracy of HR metrics and data in a largely manual environment.
Profile
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with broad HR generalist and operations expertise.
- Strong employee relations experience and confidence handling complex and sensitive matters.
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of implementing or redesigning company-wide HR processes and initiatives.
- Comfortable managing teams while remaining hands-on with day-to-day execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create meaningful reporting and insights despite limited automation or systems.
- Exposure to compensation planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Global experience highly preferred.
