Seeking Veterinarians: Rediscover the Heart of Veterinary Medicine

Do you long for a deeper, more meaningful connection with the clients you serve? Are you feeling burnt out by the relentless hustle, packed schedules, and production-line feel of traditional clinical practice? Our mobile veterinarians bring compassionate, gentle end-of-life care directly to families' homes, providing pets with peace and dignity in the comfort of their most familiar surroundings.

At Caring Pathways, we believe that the final chapter of a pet’s life deserves the highest level of dignity, and that the veterinarians who provide this care deserve a supportive, nurturing environment. We enable our doctors to deliver excellent end-of-life medical care while serving families with authentic compassion. You will have the time and space to focus on the quality of heartfelt connections with families and their beloved pets.

    Why Choose Caring Pathways?

    • A True Family Culture: Unlike large, corporate-owned providers where you can easily become just a number on a spreadsheet, Caring Pathways is proudly privately owned. We maintain a genuine "family feel," where your voice is heard, your well-being matters, and you are backed by a leadership team that puts people before corporate profits.
    • Unmatched Support & Mentoring: Our industry-leading training and dedicated mentoring processes ensure you succeed and excel from day one, even if you have limited prior experience in veterinary hospice, palliative care, or in-home euthanasia.
    • Autonomy with a Safety Net: This position is ideal for doctors who thrive on independence and want to design a flexible weekly schedule that truly works for their life. While you will enjoy a mobile work lifestyle, you are never alone; you are fully backed by a highly trained client care and nursing support team, alongside a collaborative network of veterinarian colleagues.
    • Room to Grow: We want you to thrive long-term. Beyond clinical practice, we provide structured opportunities to grow into additional areas of the business, including management, training, research, community relations, and expansion team leadership.

    Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding your dedication. Compensation is tailored to your chosen schedule and workload. Our full-time doctors can earn $140,000 or more annually through a competitive salary plus production bonus compensation structure, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
