SUMMARY
Associate Head Coaching responsibilities will assist with the overall administration and operation of the Regis College Men's Lacrosse Program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching and teaching student-athletes, recruiting, practice planning, opponent preparation, game-day operations, team travel, scheduling, student-athlete support, and compliance with NCAA, GNAC, and Regis College rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist the Head Coach and coaching staff with the planning and execution of daily practice sessions and practice plans.
- Provide effective on-field instruction and skill development to student-athletes.
- Assist with film breakdown, opponent scouting, and the development of game plans.
- Assist with game-day operations, including personnel management, substitutions, and bench/penalty box responsibilities.
- Assist with the identification, evaluation, communication, and recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective student-athletes, families, high school and club coaches, and other recruiting contacts.
- Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting events, campus visits, and other recruiting activities.
- Support the academic, personal, and athletic development of student-athletes and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Assist with team travel, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and other operational needs of the program.
- Maintain compliance with NCAA, GNAC, and Regis College policies, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletics Department or Head Coach.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- Select, supervise and evaluate assistant coaches/graduate intern and all support staff for the men's lacrosse team.

Regis has 20 men's and women's NCAA Division III athletic teams in the Great Northeast Athletics Conference (GNAC). The Athletic Facility includes:
- Indoor facilities with three fitness rooms, a six-lane swimming pool, gymnasium, athletic training room, and team room.
- Outdoor facilities with a turf field surface for field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer; an eight-lane track around the field; six tennis courts; and a softball diamond with a dirt infield and grass outfield.
