Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong foundation in product marketing
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate into insights/actions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across global teams

  • Fluent spoken and written English mandatory

Work Environment:

  • Prolonged sitting in front of a computer
  • 5-days in office in Trumbull, CT, Victor, NY, Livingston, NJ with on-site presence at HQ in Trumbull, CT as required.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of product marketing experience, global marketing experience a plus.
  • Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or other highly regulated healthcare industry required, fertility experience a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international environment is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Science.
  • Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving record.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $70,000-80,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.

In addition to core lifecycle management, you will actively contribute to identifying opportunities for portfolio optimization partnering with various functions to drive execution.

You will be supported by colleagues around the globe including regional commercial teams, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Pricing. You will work in a dynamic environment with the opportunity to help shape global marketing strategy & activities.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities

Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage assigned product verticals
  • Monitor product performance and alongside regional teams identify opportunities and risks
  • Support portfolio rationalization, S&OP, and supply continuity in partnership with the cross-functional teams

Commercial Execution & Sales Support

  • Support development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive demand and strengthen sales tools, training materials, and product content
  • Partner with regional and local commercial teams to ensure strong product adoption and usage
  • Provide product-related support to sales teams, distributors, and customer-facing teams

Voice of Customer & Market Insights

  • Gather and synthesize customer insights
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Recommend updates to value proposition, messaging, claims and help define product optimization aligned to customer needs

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Commercial teams
  • Ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution
  • Build strong relationships and act as a reliable partner across the organization

Travel:

Travel, including internationally of 10-20% per year, based on business needs.
