Associate General Counsel

Doral is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our growing Legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, this individual will provide strategic legal counsel across Doral's project finance, tax equity, and corporate activities, with a particular focus on structuring, negotiating, and closing complex renewable energy transactions.
