Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate to join a Fund Accounting team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of multiple investment funds and will work closely with senior finance leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation within private equity finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations

  • Record journal entries and maintain supporting documentation

  • Assist with weekly cash reporting and analysis

  • Support the execution and tracking of capital calls and distributions

  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requests

  • Respond to limited partner inquiries and ad hoc reporting needs

  • Assist with wire transfers and treasury-related activities

  • Participate in special projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within public accounting or financial services

  • CPA or progress toward CPA designation is preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with accounting systems such as Workday or Investran is a plus

  • Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities
