    Overview
    A growing financial services and fintech-focused organization is seeking an FP&A Associate to join its expanding corporate FP&A team. This role offers broad exposure across budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, consolidation reporting, and strategic financial planning, while partnering closely with senior leadership.




    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience within corporate FP&A environments, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights for leadership teams.



    Responsibilities
    • Support Board and investor reporting initiatives
    • Perform expense analysis, variance analysis, and cost trend reporting
    • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
    • Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis
    • Prepare and analyze KPIs across business units
    • Support preparation of business unit financial statements and reporting packages
    • Analyze profitability and business performance against targets
    • Assist with client profitability reporting and operational financial analysis
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and business leadership teams
    • Support strategic decision-making through reporting and financial insights
    Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting required
    • CPA and/or CFA is a plus
    • 3+ years of FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis experience
    • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial modeling
    • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with senior leadership
    • Banking, fintech, or financial services experience preferred
    • Experience with FP&A and reporting tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar platforms is a plus
    • Public company experience is a plus
    • Big Four experience is a plus
