What you will do -
As the Associate Field Operations Manager, you will manage and lead all activities of the HUB/Branch operation in compliance to corporate objectives, policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will also be the liaison between the field sales team for the area covered and the office while coordinating activities relating to Operations, Inventory Management, Inventory Requirements Planning, and other related leadership function.
Collaborate with Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure understanding and impact of HUB/Branch policies and procedures.
Resolve field representative, sales managers and/or customer concerns or complaints to resolve inventory issues
Manage and controlling inventory using available system tools to ensure accuracy for implants (part and lot number level) and instrument sets (set and lot number level) in hospital consignments, and in HUB/Branch/Storage locations
Ensure Sales Manager and Sales Representatives are aligned to the key metrics that drive the operations of the HUB/Branch
Understand and follow FDA processes and procedures within the HUB
Manage forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Responsible for the upkeep of the facility including bill management, facility contracts and managing office vehicles
Managerial duties including but not limited to: managing multiple offices, recruiting, development, positive recognition, scheduling, and training
Complete other duties as assigned
What you need -
Required Qualifications:
6+ years' experience
Bachelors' degree or 6+ years of professional experience in leu of degree
Experience with direct people management, leadership, and team management
Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Software (including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or similar fields
Knowledge and skill with ERP systems
Demonstrated analytical skills with problem-solving and process improvement orientation
United States of America Pay Ranges:
USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
