As the Associate Executive Director of Operations, you will report to an Executive Director and provide support by driving occupancy goals, ensuring appropriate staffing levels are in place and drive overall customer service. As an Associate Executive Director of Operations, you will provide onsite sales support and participate in monthly family meetings. You will also support the training and development of new employees, implementing initiatives that will allow the community to run more effectively and efficiently. Additional responsibilities for the Associate Executive Director of Operations include:
