A modern, fully equipped small animal hospital in Stone Oak, North San Antonio is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a supportive and collaborative team.

You'll work alongside an experienced Medical Director (20+ years' experience) who is passionate about mentorship and professional development.

Full-service small animal general practice: preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry
Profit share bonus enabling a realistic additional 2030% of your annual basic salary
No overnight or emergency shifts

Schedule
Flexible schedule within hospital hours
Weekdays: 9am 6/7pm
Saturday: 9am 2pm
Full-time: 40 hours per week
32 hours minimum for full benefits eligibility
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000 $140,000 (DOE)
Profit share bonus: enabling a realistic additional 20 30% of your annual basic salary
$10K$20K signing & relocation bonus (negotiable)

Requirements
DVM / VMD degree
Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
