Position Title: | Associate Directors for Employer Relations and Pipeline Development |

Job Summary: | The Associate Directors for Employer Relations and Pipeline Development will increase competitive opportunities available to our students by cultivating strong partnerships with industry leaders, alumni, and professional groups. These roles are responsible for raising the profile, number, and quality of full-time and internship opportunities by developing and implementing outreach strategies that expand the Marist employer network. These positions will be responsible for outreach, relationship, cultivation, and tangible connections within specific industry clusters. Finally, these positions will assist the Employer Relations team with career-related events and workshops, ensuring that our programs are aligned with current industry demands, trends, and Marist’s strategic plan (Marist 100). |

About the Department/School: | The Center for Career Services at Marist University, which reports to Academic Affairs, provides comprehensive career development support for all undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni through three integrated teams: Career Coaching, Employer Relations, and Career Education. Together, these teams create a holistic approach to career preparation by helping students identify their goals, develop professional competencies, gain meaningful experiences, and successfully navigate the transition from university to career and beyond. The Employer Relations team plays a critical role in expanding career pathways by cultivating strategic partnerships with employers, alumni, and industry leaders to create high-impact opportunities, including internships, networking experiences, talent pipelines, and employment connections. In collaboration with Career Coaching and Career Education, Employer Relations ensures that students are connected to relevant organizations, emerging career opportunities, and the resources needed to thrive in today’s evolving workforce. |
