Within the Commercial Excellence organization , this role ensures veterinary professionals experience a connected and high-quality digital environment across the different platforms that support their interaction with the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Veterinary Web Ecosystem & Professional Experience acts as the internal expert and owner of the veterinary web ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring that digital platforms serving veterinary professionals operate as a connected professional engagement environment, rather than isolated websites.

These platforms support multiple types of professional interactions, including:

+ Veterinary education and professional content

+ Loyalty and professional programs

+ Service and support interactions

+ Digital commerce and other transactional experiences

+ Additional digital touchpoints supporting the veterinary journey

The role ensures these environments deliver a high-quality customer experience , while supporting broader engagement journeys defined in collaboration with Marketing, Retail & Sales teams.

Operational activities such as SEO execution, generative search optimization, web development and content production are primarily supported by internal & external, allowing this role to focus on experience design, platform integration and customer value creation.

The role works closely with the Senior Associate Directors responsible for Omnichannel Engagement and Customer Experience Innovation , ensuring veterinary web platforms effectively contribute to the broader engagement ecosystem.

Professional digital customer experience

+ Improve how veterinarians interact with the company across digital environments, ensuring intuitive journeys and meaningful interactions.

Integrated professional journeys

+ Ensure veterinary web environments effectively support broader engagement journeys across marketing, field engagement and other touchpoints.

Transactional and service experiences

+ Support the evolution of digital environments enabling professional programs, service interactions and digital commerce experiences.

Platform integration

+ Ensure education platforms, professional portals, loyalty environments and other digital platforms operate as a connected ecosystem.

Insight-driven optimization

+ Leverage behavioral insights and analytics to continuously improve veterinary engagement and digital experience.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with strong experience in digital platforms serving professional or B2B audiences, combined with a passion for customer experience and digital ecosystem thinking. The ideal candidate combines digital platform expertise, customer journey thinking and commercial understanding .

Experience in areas such as:

+ Digital platforms or web ecosystems

+ Professional or B2B engagement environments

+ Customer experience and UX optimization

+ Digital journey design

+ Digital environments supporting commercial interactions

Experience in industries such as animal health, healthcare, retail platforms or digital commerce environments is highly valued.
