The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager (8+ years) to own our 11‑state, 100+ location corporate real estate portfolio and optimize our footprint.  This individual will manage and oversee the structure of real estate deals and maximize financial or operational benefits, including making recommendations to leadership.  This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in real estate transactions, strategy, financial analysis, negotiation, property and project management.  Additionally, this position will manage a team overseeing fleet management of 1,200+ vehicles and growth.  This team will be responsible for management of all fleet activities, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, titling, registration, insurance, as well fuel and toll management.

Main Requirements:

·       8+ years of corporate real estate experience

·       Strategic Thinking: Ability to align real estate and fleet decisions with corporate strategy and long-term objectives.

·       Problem Solving: Proactive approach to overcoming challenges and finding efficient solutions in fast-paced environments.

·       Leadership: Strong ability to manage stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.

·       Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in transaction documentation and financial analysis.

·       Oversee operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives.

 

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 Location Based Pay Ranges:

$130,000-$195,000
