JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Director of the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina (BASC) will support data systems development and implementation, lead development of new BASC content, and other duties as assigned. This position will require travel throughout the state of South Carolina.

The Associate Director of the Behavior Alliance of South Carolina (BASC) will support data systems development and implementation, lead development of new BASC content, and other duties as assigned. This position will require travel throughout the state of South Carolina.
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and relevant project management experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Terminal degree in education, psychology, or related fields (e.g., Ph.D., Ed.d.)
Preferred Experiences:
5 years+ experience one or more of the following areas: implementation science, supporting students with intensive behavioral support needs, implementing MTSS/PBIS, technical assistance, learning science
Preferred Licenses & Certifications:
BCBA or BCBA-D
RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises work of others and may offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments but does not have responsibility for making these decisions.
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Expected Salary Range
$57,000 - $90,000Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
