Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director manages the operational infrastructure that allows EMC to support Enrollment Management and Academic Engagement, schools and colleges, and university partners with speed, consistency, and quality. This role oversees intake, project flow, vendor coordination, budget tracking, campaign operations, performance reporting, and team accountability. The Associate Director serves as a key operational partner to the Director, helping translate partner needs and enrollment priorities into clear workstreams while maintaining momentum when the Director is unavailable. The Associate Director oversees the unit''s operational center, spanning creative, digital marketing, email, web, social, content, events, and paid media: managing projects from intake to delivery, overseeing vendor relationships, supporting the budget, and ensuring the team''s work reflects the quality LMU expects and EMC has built. This role also supports campus partners in building and executing campaigns that meaningfully contribute to enrollment objectives. The Associate Director is a key operational partner to the head of Enrollment Marketing and Communications. They support and represent EMC's perspective in cross-campus conversations and preserve institutional context to maintain momentum without disruption when EMC leadership is unavailable. In partnership with EMAE, EMC's work spans multiple divisions and several of campus partners. Effectiveness in this role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across organizational lines alongside marketing and communications expertise.
