Position Overview

Rider University invites applications for three Associate Directors of Financial Aid to provide financial aid services to students and families, including packaging, counseling, problem resolution, and financial planning. The Associate Directors will administer financial aid programs, assist with program implementation, manage an assigned caseload and special projects as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelors Degree

• Three years of effective financial aid experience.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and motivational skills.

• Microsoft Office and Google platforms skills.

• Working knowledge of federal and state policies, procedures and resources.

• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Master's Degree

• Ellucian/Banner experience preferred.
