Job Title: Associate Director of Education Location: 1405 Shady Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15217 Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full Time, Onsite The Associate Director of Education serves as a key member of The Day School (TDS) leadership team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, implementation of educational programming, and oversight of student services. Reporting to the Executive Director of Education, this role ensures the effective execution of school priorities, operational excellence, and the delivery of high-quality educational and therapeutic services for students with complex needs. The Associate Director of Education provides hands-on leadership across school operations, instructional programming, staff supervision, compliance, student services, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position works closely with educational supervisors, clinical partners, families, school districts, and organizational support departments to ensure a coordinated, safe, and student-centered environment that supports academic achievement, behavioral growth, communication, social-emotional development, and independence.
