Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Alumni & Friends Engagement (A&FE), the Associate Director of Alumni & Friends Engagement will serve as a staff liaison and volunteer manager for alumni volunteer groups, advise the Student Alumni Relations Committee (SARC), develop and implement virtual and in-person programming, assist with alumni engagement and customer service responsibilities, and provide general support for University Advancement (UA) initiatives.

The position requires a mindful individual with a high level of initiative, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
