Temple University''s School of Medicine is searching for an Associate Director of Alumni and Constituent Engagement!
Salary Grade: T26
Salary Range: $61,840-$70,000

Position Summary:
The Associate Director of Alumni and Constituent Engagement is responsible for the management and implementation of programs and projects at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine's Alumni's Affairs department that are valued by alumni, former residents and friends, build enduring and mutually beneficial relationships, inspire loyalty and financial support, strengthen the institution's reputation, and involve alumni and friends in meaningful activities to benefit students and advance the Temple University mission.
Reporting to the Director of Alumni and Constituent engagement, the Associate Director will work collaboratively with members of the Katz Institutional Advancement team and Lewis Katz School of Medicine departments to:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in alumni relations, event planning, communications and marketing, volunteer management or fundraising preferably in higher education or a related field.
Required Skills and Abilities:
This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule.
