This is accomplished through managing the admissions process and directing their admissions team in:Attracting and engaging prospective studentsMaintaining a pipeline of candidatesEnrolling and starting qualified studentsBuilding the student populationThe Associate Director of Admissions must have the following:Documented success in college admissions (at least 2 years in admissions)At least 2 years of managerial experienceBachelor's DegreeExceptional leadership and team building abilityExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to succeed in a dynamic, fast paced environmentExcellent computer skillsAttention to detail and the ability to meet deadlinesThe qualified candidate must have the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for enrolling and starting qualified students in addition to assisting in the management, training, review and overall performance of the Admissions Team.
