    Description

    Neumann University is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the full-time position of Associate Director of Admission Technology & Operations.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    General

    • Serves as the institution''s primary functional expert and administrator for the Slate CRM platform.
    • Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and strategic use of Slate to support recruitment, admissions, communications, and enrollment operations.
    • Support the Enrollment operation with particular attention paid to Undergraduate Enrollment.
    • Collaborate with all University staff improving business processes, including the recruitment, advising and enrolment of students, enhancing user experience, and ensuring data integrity.

    Slate Administration

    • Serve as the primary Slate administrator.
    • Configure and maintain application workflows, forms, portals, events, and decision processes.
    • Create and manage queries, reports, dashboards, and datasets.
    • Develop and maintain undergraduate communication plans using email, SMS, and event-triggered messaging.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional issues.
    • Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementation.

    Admissions Operations

    • Supervise Admissions Technology and Operations staff.
    • Support application processing and admissions workflows.
    • Assist with application cycles, committee review processes, and enrollment initiatives.
    • Maintain documentation of system configurations and operational procedures.

    Reporting & Analytics

    • Build custom Slate reports and dashboards.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
    • Support institutional reporting and compliance requirements.

    Data Integration

    • Collaborate with Information Technology to manage integrations between Slate and Colleague, the University's Student Information System, as well as third-party vendors.
    • Validate imports, exports, APIs, and automated data processes.
    • Perform routine data audits and quality assurance activities.

    User Support & Training

    • Train admissions staff on Slate functionality and best practices.
    • Develop user guides and training materials.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot user issues.

    Strategic Planning

    • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and admissions workflows.
    • Stay current on Slate enhancements and enrollment management best practices.
    • Recommend new features and automation strategies to improve efficiency.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor''s degree.
    • Experience administering or supporting the Slate CRM platform including reports, queries, and dashboards.
    • Experience working in admissions, enrollment management, or higher education operations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
    • Candidates must possess an understanding of, appreciation for, and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree.
    • Familiarity with Colleague, the University's student information system.
    • Project management experience.
    • Excellent written, verbal and organizational communication skills.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of computer work.
    • Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend recruitment events as needed.
    • Valid driver's license
