    The role joins a high-performing HCP marketing team responsible for a broad portfolio of educational, digital, and congress initiatives. This is an opportunity for a versatile pharmaceutical marketer to work across speaker programs, healthcare professional education, digital engagement, national broadcasts, and major medical congress planning.

    How You Will Make An Impact

    • Help develop and execute the 2027 Speaker Bureau training strategy and supporting educational programs.
    • Conduct needs assessments and coordinate speaker-program planning across agencies and internal partners.
    • Support training related to Speaker Bureau operations and HCP education.
    • Lead planning for a major 2027 respiratory medical congress, including booth strategy and broader congress activation.
    • Develop an integrated annual congress plan aligned with commercial priorities.
    • Manage national HCP broadcast initiatives, including content development and repurposing longer-form programming into targeted video assets.
    • Coordinate regional HCP education events and engagement programs.
    • Develop educational initiatives targeting physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Manage expert video programs and third-party case-based educational initiatives.
    • Support EHR-based programs, digital HCP engagement, CRM, and other non-personal promotional channels.
    • Coordinate agency deliverables, internal alignment, presentations, and national meeting activities.
    • Ensure programs remain strategically aligned, operationally sound, and compliant throughout execution.

    Are You an Experienced HCP Marketer Ready to Lead Multi-Channel Education Programs?

    • Approximately 5–10 years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing experience, with around 10 years preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced business education is beneficial.
    • Strong client-side pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience.
    • Experience developing and executing HCP education or peer-to-peer programs.
    • Speaker Bureau or speaker-training experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience managing agencies and complex cross-functional initiatives.
    • Familiarity with medical congress strategy and execution.
    • Experience with digital HCP marketing, CRM, EHR programs, or non-personal promotion is highly valuable.
    • Ability to manage multiple programs concurrently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated history of measurable marketing or program results.
    • Collaborative, highly engaged, and comfortable working in a patient-centered, performance-driven environment.
