The Administrator IV oversees academic support services within the Center for Academic Success and Accessibility Services.
Under supervision, the role provides leadership, planning, and supervision of content-specific academic support programs, including online services, and collaborates across campus to promote student success.
Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, managing budgets, and developing assessment and marketing strategies.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in education or related field, at least four years of experience in academic support, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Preferred candidates have experience with faculty collaboration, technology in academic support, and innovative programming.
