Description
The Associate Director role also leads a team of Employee Relations (ER) Senior Managers responsible for partnering with HR and Business leaders to establish team priorities and develop goals to implement the company's ER/LR strategy. The focus of which is to lead the team to reduce ER/LR risk by investigating and resolving workplace concerns, flexing in and out of crisis situations and using data analytics to identify and implement proactive strategies that reduce risk and improve employee engagement across the organization.
This role also serves as the primary point of contact for retail, services and logistics relationships across multiple geographies, and will work with HR and business leaders in advance of organizational change to identify and reduce ER/LR risk. This role will lead both remote and corporate teams and will coordinate efforts to ensure that key priorities of the ER/LR strategy are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
