You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Joint Operating Committee (JOC) and Client Performance Support:

  • Collaborate with operational, analytics, and clinical leadership teams to understand key performance drivers, focus areas, emerging trends, and reporting requirements
  • Provide consultative review and quality oversight of client-facing presentations and performance reports, including recommendations to improve clarity, storytelling, and executive-level messaging
  • Develop client-specific commentary, insights, and executive summaries that translate complex operational and performance data into meaningful business outcomes
  • Maintain a strong understanding of organizational strategies, affordability initiatives, and operational performance drivers to support effective client discussions

Performance Management and Reporting Strategy:

  • Lead the development, configuration, and enhancement of reporting processes, dashboards, and recurring deliverables across the client portfolio
  • Monitor client performance through established reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards, proactively identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention
  • Communicate performance insights and recommendations to leadership, account teams, and operational partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting methodologies, automation, data visualization, and performance management capabilities
  • Support business development and growth initiatives
  • Participate in implementation planning, readiness reviews, and client launch activities to ensure reporting and performance management requirements are established prior to go-live
  • Monitor and assign incoming client requests through internal work management systems to ensure timely review, prioritization, and resolution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Provider Relations, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Product, and Account Management, to coordinate responses and deliver client-focused solutions

People Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance management analysts through regular one-on-one meetings and real-time feedback
  • Conduct bi-weekly team meetings focused on client performance trends, JOC preparation, process improvements, knowledge sharing, and organizational updates
  • Establish clear expectations, monitor workload distribution, and remove barriers that impact team productivity and performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and client-centered thinking
  • Support talent management activities, including performance evaluations, goal setting, succession planning, employee engagement, and recognition programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of healthcare client services/performance management experience
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Performance reporting and data interpretation
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence and client value creation
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • Collect strategic updates from multiple functional areas and translate into appropriate client-facing messaging
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel User
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
  • Solid executive presence with both internal and external audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing a team, including team development, coaching, and change management

  • Experience with utilization management, and Medicare

  • Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar reporting and project management tools

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
