    Associate, Digital Media Operations


    Our client is a leading healthcare marketing firm that helps brands connect with patients and healthcare professionals through precise, data-driven campaigns. With an integrated network and advanced analytics tools, they deliver measurable results across digital and in-office channels. They are seeking a driven Associate, Digital Media Operations to join their dynamic and growing team.


    Position Summary

    The Operations Associate is a multi-functional position that plays a critical role within our client’s fast-paced digital media team, with a focus on executing successful campaign activation, optimization and reporting and analytical insights for the company’s platform. This role requires managing multiple aspects of campaign set-up and delivery, providing detailed reports from internal and third-party sources, involvement in creating collateral materials, assisting on special projects, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the company to meet revenue goals and streamline processes. The ability to quickly absorb and retain knowledge of advanced data-driven advertising, and to operate effectively across multiple teams, platforms and initiatives simultaneously, are critical to achieving success in this role.


    Reports to: Vice President, Digital Media Operations


    Key Position Responsibilities:


    • Provide pre- and post-activation operational support to the clients and client-facing teams for ad hoc digital sales and product requests, (ex. targeting and reporting by user, advertising and location-based criteria).

    • Create and maintain data dashboards for campaign quality metrics, key performance indicators, ad and audience quality validation, pacing and revenue.

    • Initiate and project manage launch processes including management of deadlines between clients, internal teams and vendors, receipt and confirmation of creative assets and tags, targeting criteria, and campaign go-live dates.

    • Build and distribute monthly read-outs and presentations for digital events and learnings (includes dashboards but additional insights and product management news).

    • Generate monthly reporting materials for clients and assist the client-facing teams in providing deep-level insights into the results.

    • Assist with monthly and quarterly delivery and revenue reporting for the finance and accounting teams.

    • Where applicable, serve as level 1 sales support for basic digital media questions and proposal support.

    • Conduct vendor research, build process timelines, and assist in new product launches.

    • Act as steward for all relevant marketing materials and product documentation. Regularly share these new materials with the team.

    • Help produce content templates or weekly/biweekly operational communications.

    • Research and create brand briefs for specialty Rx based on priority from sales.


    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders on day-to-day and special projects.

    • Represent the Company at industry events such as seminars and trade shows.

    • Keep current on industry trends and developments with an eye toward new business development opportunities.


    Candidate Qualifications:

    • 0-2 years of experience in digital media, advertising or related field; healthcare-centric and/or programmatic operations experience preferred.

    • Ability to develop and deliver clear and coherent presentations alongside source data.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and do what is needed, to “get the job done”.

    • Willingness to work in, learn and grow with the current company’s Technologies
