Associate Development Officer College of Engineering The Associate Development Officer for the College of Engineering plays a key role in advancing the Texas A&M Foundations philanthropic mission by supporting fundraising initiatives and building meaningful relationships with alumni, donors, and friends of the College of Engineering. This position works closely withCollegeleadership, faculty, the development team, and Foundation colleagues toidentify, cultivate,solicit, and steward donors in support of the colleges strategic priorities. This position is based on site in College Station, fostering strong collaboration with campus partners while supporting donor engagement across Texas and beyond. As the Associate Development Officer College of Engineering, you will serve as an ambassador of the Texas A&M Foundation and the College of Engineering by connecting donor interests with institutional priorities. In this role, you will: Build and manage a portfolio of alumni, donors, and prospective supporters through strategic outreach and relationship-building activities. Conduct discovery visits and donor meetings to identify philanthropic interests and opportunities for engagement. Assistin the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of gifts supporting scholarships, faculty initiatives, research programs, student success, and strategic college priorities. Partner closely with College of Engineering leadership, faculty, and Foundation colleagues toidentifyand advance fundraising opportunities.Develop and execute engagement strategies designed to strengthen donor relationships and increase philanthropic support. Prepare donor correspondence, proposals, stewardship reports, and other materials to effectively communicate impact and opportunities for investment. Represent the Texas A&M Foundation and the College of Engineering at donor meetings, campus events, and regional engagement activities.
