    Position: Associate Dentist

    Location: Newington, CT

    Company Overview:

     Our client, a reputable dental practice in Newington, CT, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join their team.

    No new graduates.

    3-5 years of experience.

    This is a FFS/PPO opportunity with a large active patient base.

    Position Overview:

    As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work alongside a team of experienced dentists and support staff to deliver comprehensive dental treatment plans and maintain the practice's exceptional reputation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

    - Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

    - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

    - Collaborate with other dentists and specialists to develop treatment plans

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    - Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

    - Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education

    Qualifications:

    - Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

    - Active state dental license in good standing

    - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice

    - Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work well in a team environment
