Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Linglestown, PA
Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate with excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
This is a 5 operatory practice with collections exceeding
$ 1,000,00.00 annually. Excellent reimbursement rates.
A very heavy emphasis on implant prosthetics
As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced team while providing exceptional dental care to our patients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry, has excellent clinical skills, and is committed to delivering the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues and develop treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Minimum of -2 years of experience in a general dentistry practice
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current dental practices and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
