Position: Associate Dentist
Location: Jackson, New Jersey
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client's dental practice in Jackson, New Jersey. This is a full-time, permanent position with a well-established and reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Technology: Modern fully digital with iTero and Cone Beam.
This is a FFS/PPO opportunity. Strong daily guarantee and % of collections. Compensation is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general dentistry procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge work
- Diagnose and treat patients' dental conditions
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and techniques
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental software and technology
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
