Position: Associate Dentist Opportunity

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a modern and well-equipped dental practice, alongside a team of experienced and supportive dental professionals.

7 operatory practice

PPO and FFS opportunity. No Medicaid or HMO's

Mon- Thurs 8-5 pm.

$ 800.00 - $ 1,000.00 daily guarantee.

35% based on collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree

- Valid state dental license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
