A well-established private practice environment in Olympia is hiring an Associate Dentist. This is a full-time position designed for a motivated dentist who wants autonomy, modern technology, and a clear path to long-term growth.

Position Highlights
- Monday to Wednesday and a half day on Thursday
- Competitive guaranteed income during the first few months

- Earning potential $200K+ in the 1st year
- 2,000 active patients (70% PPO, 30% FFS)
- 2 hygienists with exam credit and 2 RDAs assigned daily
- 2 operatories dedicated to the associate dentist
- Modern technology: iTero, CAD/CAM, Dexis digital X-ray, Nobel implant system

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care including crowns, fillings, dentures, appliances, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Lead the practice clinically as the sole dentist, supported by a CEO handling administration and marketing
- Contribute to remodeling projects and technology upgrades
- Expand services over time with mentorship support in surgery, implants, IV sedation, sinus lifts, and grafting
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental program
- Active Washington State dental license in good standing
- At least 3 years of clinical experience (AEGD or GPR preferred)
- Strong leadership skills to manage a single-dentist practice
- Proficiency in general procedures with;
- Interest in developing advanced skills (endo, surgery, implants, Invisalign)
