    Overview

    A well-established private practice environment in Olympia is hiring an Associate Dentist. This is a full-time position designed for a motivated dentist who wants autonomy, modern technology, and a clear path to long-term growth.


    The practice has 2,000 active patients and a strong clinical support team, creating an excellent environment for high-quality dentistry and career development.


    Position Highlights

    • Monday to Wednesday and a half day on Thursday
    • Competitive guaranteed income during the first few months
    • Strong percentage of collections with no lab fees and significant production upside
    • Earning potential $200K+ in the 1st year
    • 2,000 active patients (70% PPO, 30% FFS)
    • 2 hygienists with exam credit and 2 RDAs assigned daily
    • 2 operatories dedicated to the associate dentist
    • Modern technology: iTero, CAD/CAM, Dexis digital X-ray, Nobel implant system
    • Partnership and equity opportunity available


    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive dental care including crowns, fillings, dentures, appliances, diagnosis, and treatment planning
    • Lead the practice clinically as the sole dentist, supported by a CEO handling administration and marketing
    • Contribute to remodeling projects and technology upgrades
    • Expand services over time with mentorship support in surgery, implants, IV sedation, sinus lifts, and grafting


    Qualifications

    • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental program
    • Active Washington State dental license in good standing
    • At least 3 years of clinical experience (AEGD or GPR preferred)
    • Strong leadership skills to manage a single-dentist practice
    • Proficiency in general procedures with;
    • Interest in developing advanced skills (endo, surgery, implants, Invisalign)
