    Position: Associate Dentist

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our private practice client on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a strong desire to provide the highest quality of care to patients. As an Associate Dentist, you will work closely with our team of experienced dentists to provide a wide range of dental services, including general dentistry, restorative procedures, and cosmetic treatments.

    7 operatory practice with approx 50 new patients a month.

    4 days a week

    Strong base guarantee 

    Mostly FFS and Delta Dental.

    Open to new graduates for mentoring. 

    Modern equipment, CBCT, Digital Xray and scanners.

    Lots of patients!

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Perform routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals

    - Diagnose and treat patients with a variety of dental conditions

    - Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans for patients

    - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

    - Keep accurate and detailed patient records

    - Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses

    - Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following infection control and safety protocols

    - Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues

    - Adhere to all company policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

    - Current state dental license in good standing

    - Open to newer graduates as mentoring is available.

    - Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work well in a team setting

    - Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

    - Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
