Position: Associate Dentist

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our clients private practice at this reputable dental practice. This is a solo provider practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a strong desire to provide exceptional patient care. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and skilled dentist to grow their career and work alongside a team of experienced professionals.

Monday- Friday opportunity.

$ 700.00 daily guarantee with 30% collections.

All digital office, same day milling crowns. CEREC, iTero, Rotary endo.

5 operatory practice with 2- hygienists and EFDA.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings

- Diagnose and treat oral health issues

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Uphold high standards of infection control and safety protocols

- Continuously stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice and ability to work independently

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

- Proficiency in dental software and technology
