Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with clinical autonomy
- Diagnose and present treatment plans
- Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community
- Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and the broader clinical team
- Help grow the practice while maintaining strong patient care
- Develop toward future partnership and practice leadership
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD
- Eligible for an Idaho dental license
- CPR and DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Comfortable providing bread-and-butter general dentistry
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Interest in long-term partnership or practice ownership
