The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in the Edina area to identify an Associate Dentist for a growth-oriented opportunity.

This role is ideal for a dentist who values quality dentistry, strong mentorship, and a collaborative team environment— with the ability to grow into a long-term position within the practice.

Schedule: Part-Time | 2–3 days/week | Fridays strongly preferred | Additional days as practice grows

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry with exposure to implant cases
  • Collaborate closely with a tenured clinical support team
  • Partner with the senior doctor on mentorship and patient care
  • Contribute to practice growth as hours and patient demand expand

What We Are Looking For

  • DDS or DMD
  • Eligible for Minnesota licensure
  • 2–5 years of experience preferred
  • Comfortable in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
  • Interested in expanding clinical skills, particularly in implants
  • Easygoing, personable, and team-oriented
