The Opportunity
The practice is entering a growth phase, expanding hours and planning for a thoughtful provider transition. This creates an opportunity for an associate to step in, build relationships, and develop within a stable and supportive setting.
You’ll work closely with the senior doctor, gaining exposure to implant dentistry and advanced procedures, while building your own patient base over time.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with exposure to implant cases
- Collaborate closely with a tenured clinical support team
- Partner with the senior doctor on mentorship and patient care
- Contribute to practice growth as hours and patient demand expand
Who You Are
- DDS or DMD with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
- 2–5 years of experience preferred
- Comfortable in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
- Interested in expanding clinical skills, particularly in implants
- Easygoing, personable, and team-oriented
Schedule
- Part-time to start (2–3 days per week)
- Friday availability strongly preferred
- Opportunity to grow into additional days as the practice expands
