    The Opportunity

    The practice is entering a growth phase, expanding hours and planning for a thoughtful provider transition. This creates an opportunity for an associate to step in, build relationships, and develop within a stable and supportive setting.

    You’ll work closely with the senior doctor, gaining exposure to implant dentistry and advanced procedures, while building your own patient base over time.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide comprehensive general dentistry with exposure to implant cases
    • Collaborate closely with a tenured clinical support team
    • Partner with the senior doctor on mentorship and patient care
    • Contribute to practice growth as hours and patient demand expand

    Who You Are

    • DDS or DMD with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
    • 2–5 years of experience preferred
    • Comfortable in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
    • Interested in expanding clinical skills, particularly in implants
    • Easygoing, personable, and team-oriented
    Schedule
    • Part-time to start (2–3 days per week)
    • Friday availability strongly preferred
    • Opportunity to grow into additional days as the practice expands
