About this role
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice in beautiful Fort Walton Beach, Florida. In this role, you will enjoy full clinical autonomy, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care while our dedicated administrative team handles the daily business operations. We offer a highly competitive compensation package of $200,000 to $300,000+ per year, alongside comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
What you will do
Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnostic X-rays, and accurate disease detection.
Develop and present personalized, comprehensive treatment plans for patients of all ages.
Provide restorative care, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canal therapy.
Perform routine oral surgeries, simple extractions, and preventative care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and long-term preventative health.
Lead and collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff.
What we are looking for
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental program.
Active, unrestricted dental license for the State of Florida.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-first chairside manner.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented clinical environment.
