    Associate Dentist – Digital Practice + Path to Lead Role

    Location: Burnsville, MN

    The The Staff Pad is partnering with a modern, fully digital dental practice in the Burnsville area to identify an Associate Dentist for a unique growth and succession opportunity.

    The Opportunity

    The incoming associate will work closely with the current provider, gaining independence over time and ultimately stepping into a primary clinical role.

    You’ll have the opportunity to:

    • Build strong patient relationships from an existing base
    • Grow into independent clinical leadership
    • Develop skills across a broad scope of dentistr

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
    • Perform procedures including endo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
    • Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
    • Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship
    • Contribute to patient growth and long-term practice success

    Who You Are

    • DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
    • 2–3 years of experience preferred
    • Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
    • Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
    • Growth-minded and interested in long-term opportunity

    Schedule

    • 3–4 days per week to start (Monday–Thursday)
    • Opportunity to expand schedule as the practice grows
