The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our busy team. The ideal candidate is confident in all aspects of general dentistry, values patient education, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Whether you are an experienced clinician looking for a long-term clinical home or a highly motivated recent graduate, we provide the patient base, technology, and team support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations.
  • Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans to patients to address their functional and aesthetic needs.
  • Provide high-quality clinical care, including "bread and butter" dentistry (composite restorations, crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, basic endodontics, and oral surgery).
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software.
  • Collaborate with our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Washington (or ability to obtain).
  • Active DEA and CPR/BLS certifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a gentle and empathetic chairside manner.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental technologies and techniques.
