A well-established, privately owned dental group in Albuquerque is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope general dentistry, including molar endo and surgical extractions
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a PPO and fee-for-service environment
- Collaborate with a skilled clinical and support team
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Participate in continuing education and mentorship opportunities
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility to obtain
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates and AEGD-trained dentists welcome
- Proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- $800 to $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 90 days
- $10,000 flat guarantee available for new graduates during ramp-up
- Production-based model at 30–35% of collections
- $20K to $30K sign-on or relocation bonus, based on experience
- Flexible scheduling for work-life balance

- Mentorship and CE support
- 1099 contractor status
