What You'll Walk Into:

• A full RDH schedule and large, loyal patient base

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality general dentistry: exams, restorations, extractions, etc.

• Develop treatment plans and educate patients

• Collaborate closely with hygienists and assistants

• Maintain accurate records and high clinical standards

What Were Looking For:

• DMD or DDS from an accredited program

• Licensed (or eligible) in the state of Virginia

• Strong chair-side communication skills

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and build trust with patients
