The Associate Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 4 customers, with a focus on driving adoption, engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role helps customers maximize the value of the Total Expert platform by understanding their goals, building strong relationships, and guiding them toward successful outcomes.
The Associate Customer Success Manager proactively manages customer health, leads ongoing customer conversations, identifies risks and growth opportunities, and partners cross-functionally to move customer needs and priorities forward. Success in this role requires strong curiosity and technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn a complex SaaS platform, continuously build product expertise, and confidently translate that knowledge into meaningful guidance and recommendations for customers.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Customer Success and develop the customer-facing, technical, industry, and account management skills needed to take on larger and more strategic customer relationships over time.
For candidates based in the Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN area, the position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 on-site days per week. This position would be remote for qualifying candidates residing outside of those areas.

Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual''s qualifications and experience. The role is also eligible for variable compensation. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
