Job title: Associate Customer Service Rep.
Job location: Springfield, IL
Duration:3 Month
1. Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.
2. Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests
3. Enter orders into SAP when PO received
4. Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
5. Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer
6. Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive
7. Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks
8. Data Entry experience.
Educational requirement:
High school diploma with 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
or
Associate degree with minimum data entry and customer service experience.
No Overtime available currently but depends on the role.
Extensions based on the requirement.
